Daphne von Dietz is a beautiful 2 year old German Shepherd.  When she first came to us, it was apparent that she had never been walked on a leash or given much attention.  She bonded with another dog (Dallas, also available for adoption) and would consent to going on walks only if he was with her.  Our devoted volunteers have been working with Daphne, whose confidence is building and who can now be taken on walks by herself or with another dog other than Dallas.  She is becoming more independent and happy as she receives special attention from our caring handlers.  Daphne looks forward to going home with someone who has the patience and experience to bring out the best in this very special girl.
